SJR #4

Just back from vacation and we had a South Jersey event today.  I never got a chance to change the wheels on the Lex, so I went down thinking I'd just do workers and maybe help Chris with his suspension setup on his Subie and make it home early to go shopping for food.  We ended up staying the whole day and I worked on Chris's coilovers during both heats.  The setup needs some more work and I brought my never-used suspension bushings so he can change those out, too.  Since the STi motor is a bit heavier, the front is even more tippy than the 2.5 (or 2.2) motor and we couldn't get the rear to come around at all.  It was somewhat reminiscent of Jeremy's RSX last year.  I ended up gravitating to full stiff in the rear and full soft in the front and lowering the front air pressure to 38 warm.  The car was more neutral, but still understeers pretty well.  Before the next event, Chris will swap the springs front to rear to put the 800s in the rear and the 600s in the front which should help.

Man that car is a beast with the STi motor though!  BOOST!
